This position requires a passion for working with young children, especially those with special needs. The ideal candidate will have a patient and nurturing demeanor, as well as the ability to adapt to different learning styles and abilities. A background in early childhood education or related field is preferred. qUALIFICATIONS:
Assist in the implementation of curriculum and activities for preschool and toddler care programs. Provide support and supervision to children with special needs, including those with autism. Assist with behavior management strategies and techniques. Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Support children in their daily routines, including mealtime, naptime, and bathroom breaks. Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Assist with the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
